The best performing stocks on the ASX so far today were Nearmap (NEA, up 14.6%) and Lake Resources NL (LKE, up 13.1%).

Nearmap (NEA) was the best engine in the ASX today. Shares of the company rose 14.6% to $1.49.
The share price rose sharply throughout the day after its annual contract value (ACV) was released on the ASX.
The company’s latest figures show that Nearmap has passed the $150 million ACV milestone.
Nearmap CEO and Managing Director Dr. Rob Newman said:
“Nearmap is in an incredible position where we continue to win new customers and retain existing customers through our leading location intelligence offering. , we are once again showing the strength of our technology, data and the expertise of our global team.”

Second place for market winners went to Lake Resources NL (LKE), the materials company. Its shares rose 13.1% to $1.90.
This followed a non-binding offtake agreement with Japan’s Hanwa Co. The deal will see Hanwa sign for 15,000 to 25,000 tonnes per year of lithium carbonate for 10 years.
